 The Hartford / West Hartford Collaborative meets the third Monday of each month from 11am to 1pm @ The Village North (1680 Albany Avenue; Hartford, CT  06105).

Capital City YouthBuild AmeriCorps
SERVICES:
• Classroom and work-site training
• Educational assessment and goal setting; tutoring
and GED prep
• Life skills and job readiness development
• Case management to help set goals and address
challenges; referrals to services within or outside
of CRT
• Drug and alcohol counseling services available
• Vocational English as a Second Language (ESL)
• Up to a 12 month Program
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Participants must be lower income Hartford residents,
age 18 – 24, who are not presently working.
CRT is looking for a determination to succeed and
a commitment to the YouthBuild Program.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
Call (860) 560-5308 between the hours of 8:00 am
and 4:00 pm to schedule an interview, and attend
a “pre-eligibility” session. Classes fill on a first-come
first-serve basis.
